This refurbished olive press has retained its original charm and atmosphere yet has been renovated to include all the modern features expected of a holiday villa. Its mustard-yellow exterior stands out against the backdrop of the surrounding green hills and mature trees and is complemented by the terracotta roof tiles. Leading from the first floor double bedroom is the large balcony with impressive views out across the private pool and gardens, over the lush green hills and down towards the Ionian Sea and Albania.

On the ground floor is a second double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms as well as a lounge and dining room and well-equipped kitchen, complete with washing machine and dishwasher. To the side of the villa is a large private pool with a separate children's pool, making Bouritsa Farm ideal for families. Surrounding the pool is a terrace area with outdoor dining facilities and a barbecue.

Located in Cremythas, a small hamlet of traditional stone houses, guests can enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside and the many walks it has to offer, yet remain close to the town of Kassiopi. Just 5km away, Kassiopi is a town catering for all tastes. The main harbour is full of local fishermen by day, but comes alive at night with the many bars and tavernas which line the waterfront. The peace and tranquillity of the headland offers some beautiful walks and the ruins of the old castle are perfect for the explorer.
